Fair ecologica in Surco

From 2009, the Municipality and the Network of Ecological Agriculture of Peru - RAE Peru, installed in the Parque la Alborada, a Bioferia. This ecological fair is held every Saturday from 9:00 to 4:00 pm.

The Fair provides the public, foods grown without synthetic fertilizers or agrochemicals (organic foods), this in order to put the fork in healthy foods, good quality and change harmful eating habits.

It offers various products, including fresh and processed. Vegetables, herbs, tubers, fruits, beans, coffee, artisan breads, olives, pickles, nectars, oils, chocolates, a variety of yogurts, cheeses, jams, eggs, seeds, natural medicine, including clothing and native cotton T-shirts .

As is known, bioferia has become a safe place where they also develop awareness on use of natural methods in agricultural practices, Aderman, spread cultural issues related to natural resources, environmental conservation and its linkage in human life, complemented by the presence of promoters of organic farming, health care and promotion of ecotourism.
